Production Packaging Operator | Cleanroom Manufacturing Opportunity

Fort Collins, CO

Are you looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with a respected production team? We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our packaging operations team in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

As a Production Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating packaging and labeling equipment, performing quality inspections, completing production documentation, and supporting daily production goals while adhering to strict safety and GMP standards.

Pay & Schedule
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($18.50/hr)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($20.00/hr)
Additional Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging, labeling, and production equipment according to established procedures
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
  • Accurately complete batch records, production logs, and related documentation
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety guidelines
  • Perform routine machine monitoring and report any operational concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with cleanroom requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations

QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs.
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or machine operation experience
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Familiarity with quality inspections and production documentation
  • Experience working in cleanroom settings
