Monday Night Brewing is an award-winning craft brewery based out of Atlanta, with a distribution footprint across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We currently operate two taprooms in Atlanta, GA, a taproom in Birmingham, AL, a taproom in Nashville, TN, a taproom in Charlotte, NC, and a taproom in Knoxville, TN. In our fourteenth year of operation, we are proud to produce a vast portfolio- spanning from small batch New England IPAs to barrel-aged stouts, approachable kettle sours to mixed culture ambers, and hop-forward West Coast IPAs.

Reports to:
  • Production Manager

High-Level Goals:
  • Successfully support the daily packaging operations in the brewhouse.

Responsibilities include:
  • Be a contributing team member in our packaging team by demonstrating values of team work, taking responsibility, attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
  • Follow directions given by lead or supervisory coworkers with regard to packaging our products for distribution, safety and time management.
  • Follow all safety protocols including use of PPE and other safety measures while operating in a fast-paced brewery operation.
  • Communicate any equipment or raw material issues to Packaging Manager.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18+
  • Team player that is self-motivated
  • Willingness and ability to step in wherever needed
  • Ability to demonstrate Monday Night values
  • Morning and day time availability within Monday-Friday

Compensation:
  • $15.00/hourly

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment. This position is extremely physical and demanding in nature and involves working with potentially dangerous equipment, machinery, exposure to high noise levels, and handling of hazardous materials.
  • Must be able to use repetitive motions and work in hot and cold environments
