Job description

Ring is seeking a Packaging Technical Program Manager (Pkg TPM) to drive packaging development and execution for the Packaging Experience (PX) team across New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs.
This role owns schedule creation, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end delivery of packaging structure and artwork - from workback planning through build validation - in close partnership with Contract Manufacturers and Packaging Suppliers.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead NPI packaging development schedules, including structural development, testing, and pack-out builds
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate packaging workflows, reduce manual effort, and scale team output across programs
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers for build validation and Packaging Suppliers for structure development
- Collaborate with Asia and US Engineering teams to structure and release packaging components in Agile, including BOM changes across xVT builds and sustaining
- Support PX team in establishing full retail packout BOMs and associated logistics data
- Ensure Revision Change Orders (RCOs) clearly communicate change rationale and notify required stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams - including Packaging Engineering, GCM, Industrial Design, Marketing, Product Management, GTM, Operations, Logistics, and TPM - to deliver packaging on time and to program requirements.
