We are looking to hire multiple part-time Package Investigations Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing reasonable resolutions to delivery-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience with compassion and problem-solving.
This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Schedule: Hours are available between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. You will set your own availability for scheduling with a minimum of 8 hours per week required.
Next available start date: Monday, September 14
Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service regarding questions or concerns around delivery-related issues and offer reasonable resolutions, keeping the company's best interest in mind
  • Speak with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email to resolve issues as needed
  • Efficiently enter customer information and call notes into the order management system
  • Complete appropriate follow-up actions for order and service resolution
  • Send customer notifications and follow-up emails regarding delivery investigations
  • Assist with customer service phone call volume as needed

  • Demonstrated computer navigation and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professionalism while speaking with customers
