Packaging Specialist
Label Change Support (Packaging) Specialist

Summit, New Jersey
Contract through January 2027

Onsite: Mon – Fri | 8am – 5pm
Hourly Pay: $70/hr W2

Responsibilities:
  • Support packaging engineering projects from development through implementation.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support packaging initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and revise packaging specifications and related documentation.
  • Coordinate package testing and support validation activities.
  • Manage packaging-related change controls and documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop packaging specifications, review die lines, and support package development.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting packaging engineering or packaging development projects.
  • Work experience in other Consumer Good companies is preferred.   
  • Experience creating and maintaining packaging specifications and engineering documentation.
  • Experience with packaging change control processes and cross-functional project coordination.
  • Experience working with packaging suppliers and packaging documentation systems is preferred.
  • Technical degree preferred.
