Allegiance Staffing is looking for Production Line Associates in the Morrisville area!

Job Title: Production Line Associate
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor assembly line machinery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Collect, inspect, and package finished products according to specified quantities and quality standards.
  • Feed displays into shrink wrap machine, inspect shrink-wrapped products for defects, and perform necessary rework.
  • Ensure proper labeling and loading of finished products onto shipping pallets as per job instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to follow instructions and report any issues promptly.
  • Perform basic mechanical adjustments and notify appropriate personnel of maintenance needs or non-conforming materials.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and recycling initiatives to ensure compliance.
Requirements:

  • Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
