The candidate for this position must always arrive on time and in proper uniform. The role of the packer consists of greeting guest, packing food in its proper containers and maintaining a clean working area.

Duties:
  • Know the portions for every item on the menu.
  • Ensure that all product is available at all times.
  • Checking that the food being served is up to standards.
  • Answer any questions a customer may have in regards to the menu.
  • Opening, closing and side duties.
