100% Remote, Local to Cary, NC

We are seeking a Logistics Order Fulfillment Specialist to support the order administration process for medical equipment spare parts, tools, and related materials. This fully remote role requires a highly organized professional who can manage urgent orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and candidates should reside within the Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC area for occasional IT support and quarterly meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage spare parts orders using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, researching and resolving order issues.
  • Track shipments, monitor backorders, and coordinate with FedEx, DHL, XPO, vendors, and field service teams.
  • Investigate fulfillment discrepancies, reconcile shipments, and escalate complex issues.
  • Perform inventory tracking, basic order/account reconciliation, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams while handling multiple systems in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of professional work experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • SAP/ERP experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
  • Must have a dedicated home office, dual-monitor capability, and be available for occasional on-call rotation and shift coverage.
