Job Title: Finish Production Associate

Reports To: Warehouse Manager 

Job Status: Non-Exempt, Full time

Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm, M-F

Rate: $16 an hour with excellent benefits including PTO, Insurance, and 401k match!  $250 signing bonus after successful completion of first 90 days!!


Position Summary:

The Finish Production Associate plays a key role in the final stage of our production process. This position is responsible for assembling ingots onto bags, inspecting and preparing printed products, and ensuring each item is cleaned, folded, packaged, and ready for shipment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and positive work environment.


Position Responsibilities:

Product Packaging - Neatly and accurately package finished products according to established standards.

Order Assembly - Complete work orders by assembling prints onto products efficiently and within required timelines.

Print Accuracy Checks - Inspect prints for correct placement and quality before final assembly.

Workplace Organization - Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area throughout the shift.

Procedure Compliance - Follow all business procedures and production guidelines consistently.

Schedule Reliability - Ability to work 40+ hours per week as needed.


The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Teamwork Skills - Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Multitasking Ability - Comfortable performing multiple functional tasks throughout the day.

 Customer Responsiveness - Capable of meeting the demands of high-profile customers with accuracy and professionalism.

Pre-Employment Requirements - Willingness to complete a drug screen and criminal background check.


Position Details:

This role operates on a 7:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. schedule and requires a candidate who can consistently work 8+ hours per day. The position involves standing for extended periods and lifting or carrying items weighing 20 pounds or more. Candidates should be comfortable in a physically active, fast-paced environment and able to perform essential duties safely and reliably.
