We are hiring two Packaging Production Designers to execute packaging at scale with precision and consistency. This role focuses on high-volume production, SKU updates, and maintaining accuracy across all packaging deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute packaging files with precision, ensuring all assets are production-ready
  • Create and update labels, manuals, inserts, and print collateral
  • Manage revisions, versioning, and rolling updates across product lines
  • Prepare print-ready files (bleeds, color accuracy, typography, alignment)
  • Maintain organized file systems for efficient scaling and updates
  • Extend approved designs across SKUs with minimal direction
  • Apply consistent visual systems while clearly differentiating product variants
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in packaging or production design
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography
  • Ability to work within structured systems at high volume
