Description
SIMOS Insourcing Solutions is hiring at a major distribution center in Dayton, NJ. We offer weekly paychecks, healthcare benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid training! Equipment operators must have at least 1 year of Stand-Up Pacer machine operating experience. We will NOT move forward without that experience!
As a Stand-Up Pacer Operator, you will be asked to get off the forklift and do other duties assigned, which include bending, twisting, lifting 100 lbs, and lumping.
Shift Information: (Must be open to overtime, including Weekends)
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
  • 1st Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 am-6:30 pm

Flex / Weekend Shift:
Seeking flexible, on-call employees for 8-10 hour shifts. Wednesday and Saturday availability preferred due to high business volume. Friday and Saturday shift availability is also encouraged.
Pay is $17 an hour plus incentives. Please ask the recruiter about the incentives (Per eligibility requirements)

Job Responsibilities
You'll sweep cartons to the doors. You'll need to be able to read labels, for example, door#, door name, example - TRT, CMH, MNX, MWK. This position requires reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and squatting. Operate a LRT/RF gun as needed. Operate equipment safely and to expectation, as needed. Employees must always maintain a work area and environment free of plastic, paper, corrugate, damaged materials, and other debris to help ensure a safe working environment.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Must have 1 year of stand-up Forklift or Pacer Operator experience as well as the ability to stand/sit for an 8-hour shift.
  • Will be expected to occasionally perform other general warehouse functions, such as picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
  • SIMOS team members must be able to lift 70lbs individually and 150lbs with a team member, reach, turn, squat, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Team members will also read, recognize, and understand numbers and letters to receive the product.
  • Inspect and pack merchandise using packaging materials to complete customer orders.
