We're currently seeking a Manager on Duty - Overnight to oversee overnight resort operations at Vacation Village at Parkway, support the Night Audit team, and ensure guests receive exceptional service at all hours. This role is perfect for someone who can think independently, remain calm under pressure, and create positive guest experiences while leading overnight operations.
Location: 2975 Arabian Nights Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747
Pay rate: $22/hr
What You'll Do:
  • Support and oversee overnight resort and Front Desk operations
  • Assist with the nightly audit process and Night Audit team support
  • Handle guest check-ins, guest concerns, and service recovery situations
  • Provide upscale, professional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate communication between departments to resolve overnight issues quickly
  • Oversee VIP arrivals, guest requests, and special accommodations
  • Monitor guest feedback, comments, and service trends
  • Promote resort amenities, local attractions, and guest programs
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide overnight operational support
  • Operate courtesy shuttle as needed
  • Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and communication logs
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of hospitality management experience required
