To thrive as an Overnight Reverse Logistics Associate, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with inventory management, typically supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and material handling equipment is commonly required. Building effective communication skills and staying organized are key to overcoming these challenges. Teamwork is essential, as associates frequently collaborate with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to meet nightly goals.

What is Overnight Reverse Logistics?
