The Reverse Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of reverse logistics operations by receiving, inspecting, processing, and tracking return and RMA orders, customer returns, repairs, and returned inventory. Reporting to the Reverse Logistics team leadership, this role works closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Production, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure return and RMA orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes ownership of their daily responsibilities. This role requires someone who is adaptable, eager to learn new processes, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, verify, and process merchandise from Reverse Logistics, including customer returns, repairs, exchanges, vendor returns, internal inventory transfers, and inbound vendor shipments.

Execute reverse fulfillment activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and coordinating handoffs to internal departments and external carriers.

Verify inventory, RMA documentation, shipping labels, and supporting paperwork while ensuring all merchandise is handled with care and meets quality, security, and accuracy standards.

Maintain organized inventory locations, staging areas, and workstations to support safe and efficient daily operations.

Support multiple Reverse functions based on daily operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, damaged merchandise, or process concerns to leadership in a timely manner.

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and workflow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Inventory Control, to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Consistently meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Support department initiatives, inventory counts, continuous improvement projects, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

One (1) or more years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, retail operations, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, inventory management, returns processing, RMA handling, or order fulfillment preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment is a plus.

Jewelry, luxury goods, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Pay Range for this position is hourly rate of $17.50 - $18.50
