Our Returns Associates quickly and accurately evaluate and document the condition of returned merchandise. AntOnline Returns Associates are highly regarded members of our team with ongoing opportunities for advancement and leadership.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Process and perform basic evaluations of Customer returned merchandise quickly and efficiently, and determine if returns can be resold.

· Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Customer Service Team and Reverse Logistics team.

· Assist RMA Technicians with diagnostics and technical evaluations when necessary.

· Maintain safe and clean work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

·6+ months experience in a relevant field

·Experience actively using and learning about computers, gaming, and related consumer electronics

·Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

·Ability to stand for 8 hours a day

·Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, frequent lifting and moving up to 50lbs

·Ability to work extended daily hours as business volume requires

·Effective communication skills
