Operations Supervisor - Lansing, MI (Landscaping)
The Operations Supervisor plays an essential leadership role by leading and supporting team members while ensuring services are delivered in alignment with customer expectations, company values, and safety standards. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing approximately 4–6 landscape crews.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems, driving productivity, and being part of a growing organization with strong values and long-term career opportunities.

Requirements - What We Are Looking For
  • 2 years experience leading and supervising production crews is required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Development and coaching of team members through a hands-on leadership approach
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prepare daily operations efficiently
  • Commitment to quality standards, safety procedures, and accountability
  • Ability to manage equipment, vehicles, and operational resources responsibly
