Job Description

Qualifications:

B.S. degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems and related work experience. Master's degree a plus.

Eight years software systems development experience including five years of experience in a .NET environment. A proven track record of software development excellence.

Must have .NET 4.0 or higher and MS SQL Server 2008 or higher experience.

Two years' experience integrating Web Content Management System (CMS) within a .NET framework; experience with Sitecore integration preferred.

Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) is desirable; experience with Personify preferred.

Experience with financial systems integrations is desirable; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP integration preferred.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience is desirable.

Experience with Salesforce CRM and the Salesforce ecosystem experience is extremely desirable will be given priority consideration.

Solid experience with Agile project development methodologies is a must; experience with Scrum project development methodologies preferred.

Knowledge of data collection, storage, and maintenance concepts.

Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot Website, CMS and related systems.

Senior level technologist with broad skills focused on adding value through the delivery of IT solutions; proactive in taking responsibility for tasks ranging from solving a technical issue to consulting with management on potential future projects.

Business process knowledge. Demonstrated ability to develop deep knowledge of (and document) complex business processes across different industries and subject matters, and the ability to creatively translate that knowledge into value-added IT solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of technical and nontechnical owners.

Ability to collaborate with a variety of personalities and skill sets, and improve the quality of IT processes, services and products.

Ability to manage a diverse workload and work under time constraints.

Some overnight travel expected, including international.
