ABOUT THE ROLE
The Learning Systems Administrator & Analyst is a dynamic team player who will support the successful adoption and use of the Yardi Senior product suite.
This role combines Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learning analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve onboarding, compliance training, learner engagement, and system adoption at scale. As a newly created role within a growing team, this position offers strong opportunities for professional growth, increased ownership, and expanded responsibilities as training operations and technology capabilities continue to evolve.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on LMS expertise, preferably with Yardi Aspire, along with strong analytical skills, a passion for learning technology, and a continuous improvement mindset. This individual will play a critical role in enabling teams to access effective training, measure learning outcomes, identify trends, and drive data-informed improvements that support business performance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, analytics, and Learning & Development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer and optimize the Yardi Aspire LMS, including user management, learning assignments, reporting, course structures, and overall learner experience across a multi-site environment
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to monitor engagement, compliance, completion trends, adoption metrics, and program effectiveness
  • Analyze learner data and feedback to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support scalable learning strategies and system enhancements
  • Support instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning programs through LMS setup, coordination, and operational support
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve learning effectiveness, learner experience, and business outcomes
  • Continuously improve learning systems, reporting processes, workflows, and training operations while maintaining LMS and learning technology best practices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Specialized Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Understanding of Learning & Development practices, learning operations, and learner engagement strategies
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and system accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes across teams
  • Familiarity with LMS standards and integrations, including SCORM and/or xAPI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL preferred

Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience administering or optimizing an LMS in a corporate or multi-site environment
  • Experience supporting learning operations, reporting, analytics, and learner engagement initiatives
  • Experience analyzing learning data and presenting insights to business stakeholders
  • Background in Learning & Development, instructional design, or training delivery preferred
  • Experience with Yardi Aspire strongly preferred

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
