Job description

Join our team as a Beverage Server at St. Peters Golf Club, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. Workstations include Caddy's Bar & Grill in the clubhouse and The Concession Shack on the golf course.

Summary of Position

The beverage server position at St. Peters Golf Club is responsible for the sale and execution of all Food & beverages in the facility. The beverage server workstations include Caddy' Bar & Grill in the golf clubhouse and The Concession Shack located on the Golf Course.

Normal Shift: Varies

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Food preparation in Caddy's Bar & Grill using specified equipment - Fryers & Ovens
  • Clean and upkeep Caddy's Bar, kitchen, and dining areas as well as the Concession Shack. to ensure all health & sanitation requirements are met every day.
  • Sell food & beverage and operate the Cash Register / POS station.
  • Sell, pour, & serve alcoholic beverages and ensure safe consumption for all golfers and guests at Caddy's Bar & Grill and The Concession Shack.

Qualifications or desired qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • First-Aid / CPR certified (desired)
  • Able to walk & stand for long periods of time
  • Able to confidently operate a cash register, computer, and POS station.
  • Able to count and accurately track cash.
  • Able to clearly listen and communicate with the public in-person and over-the-phone.
