About Our Family
We're a busy, warm, and deeply connected household in Canton, Michigan. Both parents work remotely in high-demand professional roles with regular meetings throughout the day, and are also building side ventures in real estate and content creation. Travel is occasional for both parents, ranging from a few times a year to once a quarter.
Our home is full of life - two young children, two cats, and a rhythm that moves fast. Our older child has high support needs and currently has a dedicated nanny who cares for him during the day. Our younger child attends daycare and brings her own wonderful energy home each evening. A possible third child is on the horizon, so this household is growing and we want someone who can grow with us.
We've put a lot of thought and love into our home, and we're committed to building a strong, well-run household. A professional organizer is doing a one-time whole-home setup, and we need someone to own and maintain those systems going forward. We also have a rental property nearby that may occasionally require support during regular working hours.
We're looking for someone who can be a trusted, consistent presence in our home - someone who feels like family while maintaining the professionalism that keeps things running smoothly. Reliability, timing, and genuine warmth matter deeply to the.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
You are someone who walks into a home and instinctively knows what needs to happen next. You don't wait to be asked - you notice, you act, and you take pride in the details. You're physically capable and energetic, comfortable navigating a multi-level home and engaging with a household that has a lot of moving parts. You communicate openly and honestly and comfortable with us doing the same.
