Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established nephrology practice with over 20 years of community-focused care. This role is ideal for an NP passionate about long-term patient relationships, outpatient care, and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality outpatient nephrology care (~90% outpatient, ~10% hospital-based)
