Uncle Giuseppe's Gourmet Bakery in located in Tinton Falls, NJ is excited to introduce a new Full-Time Overnight Baker position (10:00 PM-6:30 AM). This role is ideal for a skilled baker who is passionate about craftsmanship, consistency, and quality, and thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused bakery setting.

This overnight Baker position is within our union and is offering a salary of $25-$27/hr plus full benefits.

As a Baker, you'll play a key role in crafting a wide variety of fresh-baked goods, ensuring top-tier quality, taste, and presentation. From classic pastries to elegant cakes and custom orders, you'll be part of a team that delivers exceptional products and service every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and more using mixers, ovens, blenders, and other baking equipment

  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients and final products to maintain food safety and excellence standards
  • Interact with customers by answering questions, taking custom orders, processing payments, and delivering warm, friendly service

  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and special orders

  • Ensure all client orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time

  • Clean and restock workstations, maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary work environment

  • Support the bakery team with additional tasks and duties as assigned
