About Apex Geotech

At Apex Geotech, we design and manufacture industry-leading deep foundation drilling tools used on some of the most challenging infrastructure projects across North America. We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Outside Sales & Project Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving technical challenges, and managing projects from quote through delivery.

This role combines outside sales, project coordination, and customer relationship management. You'll partner closely with engineering, production, and operations to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and on-time project execution.


What You'll Do

As the Outside Sales , you will:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and develop accurate product quotations
  • Process and manage customer sales orders in ERP system
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Shipping on order requirements
  • Communicate order status, delivery dates, and any changes to customers
  • Resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all accounts and opportunities
  • Support Sales Manager with reporting and customer presentations

Manages outside sales operations and project quoting, working with customers and internal teams to deliver accurate proposals, manage orders, and support account relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Technical product sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
