Dry Force is urgently hiring a Sales Project Manager to consult with potential customers on our residential reconstruction projects. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in sales, estimating, project management, and customer service within the construction or restoration industry. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on operational execution and growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Engagement: Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments, utilizing provided qualified leads to ensure a high conversion rate. Employ effective sales techniques to complete "one visit close" consultations.
  • Project Management Handoff: Meet with assigned residential reconstruction project managers to ensure smooth transfer of jobs from insurance approval to production.
  • Estimate Building: Create accurate project estimates using a Docusketch camera and software to coordinate internal pre-production efforts in submitting estimates to insurance.
  • Insurance Assistance: Guide customers through the insurance claims process, ensuring insurance adjuster approval of estimates and managing expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with insurance companies and customers to facilitate effective communication throughout projects.
  • Documentation: Complete all required documentation and ensure timely processing of paperwork related to sales and starting jobs.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in restoration or construction.
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals in a single visit.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Valid Texas driverโ€™s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Basic math skills and comfort using moisture meters and other technology.
  • Must be available to work overtime, including some holidays and during weather-related surge events.
  • Experience with Xactimate and Dash is a plus
