RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Automotive Sales Associates  will greet customers as they arrive
  • Automotive Sales Associates follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone
  • Automotive Sales Associates  will gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer’s interests to assist them with their purchase
  • Automotive Sales Associates  will follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale
