The Outreach Manager (Business Development) plays a critical role in driving growth, expanding referral partnerships, and strengthening community presence across an assigned territory. This role is ideal for professionals who are eager to build a career in business development, community outreach, healthcare growth, or strategic relationship management.

As a key representative of Transformation Mental Health, the Outreach Manager will build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations while helping connect individuals and families with access to quality behavioral healthcare services. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about creating meaningful connections that support growth and improve lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, schools, and community stakeholders throughout the assigned territory.
  • Execute outreach strategies that increase awareness, strengthen partnerships, and drive referral growth.
  • Travel throughout the territory to cultivate new relationships and support existing partners.
  • Collaborate with operational and regional leaders to support growth initiatives and market expansion efforts.
  • Participate in networking events, industry meetings, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor market trends, referral opportunities, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support outreach efforts related to new clinic openings, service expansion, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral partnerships, and growth opportunities within Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Achieve individual growth and activity goals through relationship development and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for referral partners by providing timely communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Relevant experience in sales, customer engagement, community outreach, admissions, healthcare, marketing, or other relationship-focused environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships, engaging stakeholders, or supporting customer, client, or community-facing initiatives.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is preferred.
  • Behavioral health, healthcare services, provider relations, or admissions experience is preferred.
  • Multi-site healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
