Job description

The Position
CallRail is scaling, and we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our "Back to Base" motion. This is not a maintenance role; it is a strategic growth position where you will capitalize on the rapid success of our AI product suite.
You will be at the forefront of positioning our newest and fastest growing product, Voice Assist. Since its launch in July, Voice Assist has become a primary revenue driver, solving critical problems for SMBs alongside our core Conversation Intelligence, Form Tracking, and Convert Assist tools. We need a consultative seller who can manage high-velocity upsell opportunities and help our customers modernize their businesses with AI.
What You'll Do
  • Revenue Expansion: You won't just wait for free trial opportunities. You will proactively identify and close upsell opportunities, moving clients from standard call tracking to our premium AI suite.
  • Capitalize on Voice Assist Demand: You will drive the continued expansion of Voice Assist, acting as a subject matter expert to demonstrate how automated agents and AI transcription drive immediate ROI for businesses.
  • Strategic Prospecting: You will execute targeted outbound campaigns to existing accounts, identifying the best segmentation lists and optimizing Outreach.io sequences to uncover dormant revenue.
  • Pipeline Mastery: You will maintain impeccable hygiene in Salesforce, managing accurate contact, lead, opportunity, and activity data to forecast your performance reliably.

What You'll Need
  • Experience: 2-3+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Marketing Technology (MarTech). Experience in an Account Management or Full-Cycle Sales role is required. Previous experience working with or selling into marketing agencies is strongly preferred/required.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: You are a skilled bridge-builder who can translate customer feedback and market opportunities into clear, actionable insights for our Product and Marketing teams. You are able to communicate with precision to ensure all departments work cohesively toward shared goals.
  • Closer Mindset: Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota, specifically with upsell, cross-sell, or expansion targets.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce is required. Proficiency with sales engagement tools (Outreach.io) and conversation intelligence tools (Gong) is highly preferred.
  • AI Fluency: A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and an ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
  • Grit & Agility: You are comfortable in a high-velocity environment. You understand that success comes from a balance of strategic thinking and high-volume daily execution.

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
  • Healthcare (two options covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Competitive HSA with company matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
  • Employee stock options available from day one
  • $2,000 annual educational allowance
  • Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
  • MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
  • Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually
  • Regular company outings and events
  • Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office
  • Designated bike storage

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
