  • Leadership (Team Lead Responsibilities)

    • Leading team outreach huddles in AM or PM

    • Supports top of funnel efforts to increase center/regional growth (i.e. field account engagement, event scheduling)

    • Actively partners with insurance agents to support individual/center/regional growth

    • Actively partners with service and clinical teams to support collaboration with Outreach

    • Supports overall growth of region by travel to other centers if needed, along with promotion of harmony and collaboration between outreach and CC sales

    • Supports onboarding and development of new hires

    • Adapts to regional and center-level growth needs depending on seasonality and individual need

    • Supports Regional Director of Growth with schedule management

    • Other Duties as Assigned by RDG

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
