Stonebridge Outdoor is seeking experienced Hardscape Installation Professionals to join our growing team. We specialize in very high-end residential and commercial outdoor projects throughout the Kansas City metro area.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for dependable professionals with real hands-on hardscape construction experience who want long-term, year-round career opportunities with a company that takes pride in craftsmanship and quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install high-end hardscape features including:
    • Pavers
    • Natural stone
    • Retaining walls
    • Edging
    • Drainage systems
    • Patios, walkways, and outdoor living features
  • Prepare job sites and base materials for installation
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and hardscape equipment
  • Lift, move, and install heavy materials daily
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Travel to residential and commercial projects throughout the Kansas City metro area
  • Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on time and at a high standard

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of verified hardscape construction experience
  • Experience working on active outdoor construction job sites
  • Ability to safely use construction tools and equipment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physically demanding labor daily
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation required
