The Opportunity

You will step into a pivotal leadership role overseeing concrete operations for high-stakes federal and government projects. This position empowers you to drive project execution from flatwork to walls while working in rewarding outdoor environments. You will manage onsite field activities, ensuring structural integrity and precise compliance with strict engineering specifications.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct onsite crews to ensure precise execution of concrete flatwork and wall structures.
  • Coordinate daily project schedules to maintain strict alignment with federal timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee concrete mix deliveries and placement to guarantee compliance with project guidelines.
  • Inspect ongoing formwork and reinforcing steel setup to ensure total structural integrity.
