Routesetters are responsible for creating and maintaining the excellence of the Technical Training Centers core product. Routesetters must have an understanding of climbing, allowing them to create a quality, fluid and universally enjoyed product that meets our member and guests' needs.

• Previous climbing experience is necessary.
• Familiarity in belaying, tie in knots, and general climbing equipment is required.
