What You Will Work On
Support financial and assortment planning to drive sales, profit, and inventory efficiency across categories. Daily work includes building financial plans, guiding system enhancements, and supporting buyers and divisional leaders with timely insights. Your work helps ensure planning processes stay accurate, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
You'll evaluate proposed actions, maintain documentation and training content, and coordinate ad hoc reporting to support decision-making. Collaboration with CSMs, merchants, and DMMs shapes assortment and planogram decisions for each category. These responsibilities strengthen forecasting, improve operational readiness, and support long-term business growth.
Who You Will Work With
Partnership with Buyers, Divisional Merchandise Managers, and Category Management teams is central to this role.
You'll also collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain accurate processes, attend vendor meetings, and support system improvements that enhance planning quality.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
  • 6+ years of related work experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with merchandise financial and assortment planning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle, SAS, JDA Space Planning, and related tools
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved accuracy
  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
