Job Summary:
Green Leaf Productions is seeking a few motivated and experienced Production Assistants to support our production team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about the film industry. The Production Assistants will play a key role in helping productions run smoothly from pre-production through post.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all on-set and in-office production tasks as needed.
  • Set up and break down equipment, props, and craft services.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and relay messages efficiently.
  • Manage call sheets, production schedules, and paperwork.
  • Run errands related to production, such as picking up gear, lunch, props, or supplies.
  • Support the crew with various logistical needs during shoots.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented attitude on set.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on film, commercial, or television sets.
  • Strong understanding of set protocols, terminology, and chain of command.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure.
