Warehouse Associate

The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for a Warehouse Associate who is reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented to support daily shipping, receiving, material handling, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and stage incoming products and materials.
  • Pick, box, label, palletize, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers and work directly with carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
  • Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material movement while keeping warehouse areas clean and organized.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and warehouse procedures while supporting daily fulfillment needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience.
  • Experience with loading/unloading, order fulfillment, palletizing, and general material handling.
  • Forklift/order picker experience or willingness to be trained and certified.
  • Strong reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform hands-on warehouse duties throughout the shift.
  • Experience with NetSuite, TMS, RF scanners, or other warehouse systems is a plus.
  • Previous ship dock, fulfillment center, or high-volume warehouse experience is a plus.
