Position Summary: The Senior Inbound/Outbound Coordinator performs functions within Supply Chain Operations, including inventory management tasks, inbound/outbound analysis, and providing ongoing support with SWOP/EWM (E80 at Automated Sites) as a subject matter expert through SAP processing. They manage and distribute work to ensure an even freight flow from picking, loading, and receiving to meet critical time goals and complete all customer orders daily. The role involves small project execution and active participation in continuous improvement at the distribution center.
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate daily operations by assigning workloads through SWOP/SAP EWM/E80 for automated sites and Warehouse Management System for all inventory, IB, and OB functions.
  • Utilize yard management system PINC/SWOP to arrange trailer moves to and from the dock.
  • Perform periodic audits on PINC, bill of lading/BOL, ICC, and Quality.
  • Communicate vertically and laterally on all matters related to the daily workload.
  • Resolve flow issues raised by frontline employees.
  • Compile daily reports on workload status and past due carriers for outbound appointments.
  • Ensure flow procedures are followed appropriately by frontline employees.
  • Support operational initiatives and various projects.
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions.
  • Support inventory control and fill rate to ship 100% to the customer.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher education preferred.
  • Experience in logistics operations, working with labor planning and assets, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and high attention to detail and consistency.
