Dispatcher/Receptionist

The HT Group is seeking a Dispatcher/Receptionist for a client located in Beaumont, TX.

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire position Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $21/hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Scan and upload documents into the Jonas system
• Schedule and dispatch residential and commercial service calls
• Verify timesheets for residential and commercial technicians
• Contact customers to schedule maintenance appointments
• Process and send monthly ESA renewals
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Assist with additional office and administrative duties as assigned to support departmental growth

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, dispatcher, or administrative office role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with computer systems; experience with Jonas software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
