This is a unique opportunity tobe part of the team responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods across all channels, including inbound freight, surface logistics, and retail and eComm fulfillment. THE ROLE

As theSenior Manager/Manager,Outbound,Global Logistics, you will:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

  • Design an integrate logistics model that optimizesfreight,shipping, and deliveryacross our eComm and retail brick-and-mortar networks

  • Execute best-in-class freight,shipping, and delivery set-up

  • Execute the best possible logistics experience for ourboutiques and end customers

  • Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business

  • Manage departmental administration, ensuring theday-to-day business operates optimally

THE QUALIFICATIONS

TheSenior Manager/Manager,Outbound,Global Logistics,has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

    • Experience managing multi-channel logistics (Inbound, Surface, Retail, and eComm)

    • Expertise within the retail industry, with proven experience managing logistics directly for a fast-paced retailer or specialized logistics provider

    • Expertise in retail-specific shipping strategies, including pool distribution and final-mile mall/street-front delivery logistics

    • Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and global visibility platforms

    • Knowledge of last-mile delivery networks and small parcel carrier management

    • Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluentlywith cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THECOMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
