Our exceptional team, powertrain agnostic product portfolio, vertical integration, global footprint and customer proximity make us a trusted partner to all the world's leading OEMs. Job Summary:The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for receiving and shipping goods, ensuring our customers receive timely and high-level service, within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Shipping Supervisor will also oversee the submission of required customer, supplier, and plant reports.  Job Responsibilities:Supervise all shipment of orders to designation by checking accurate quantity and that it meets company standards and policies. Utilize our ERP system to manage incoming and outgoing orders and transfers. Create labels and forms as required and complete appropriate documentation where necessary.Daily oversight and direction to the shipping and receiving team to ensure operational objectives are being met.Manage the receiving, shipping, distribution, and storage of all products and supplies that come in and out of the plant.Report any non-conforming products to appropriate personnel.Manage and assign workload accordingly to team to ensure shipping and receiving is completed efficiently to meet production goals and customer needs. Communicate any delays or variances in inbound and outbound freight to appropriate parties in a timely manner.Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics for the entire plant.Identify problems and concerns on quality, productivity, or safety related matters.Ensure all 5S processes are followed.Work in compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.Other duties and tasks as assigned or required.  Job Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.Minimum 5 years' experience of inventory control, operations, and/or materials management.Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.Ability to operate a lift truck and holds valid lift truck license.Good PC Skills.
