The opportunity
Do you have a passion for learning, organization, and driving continuous improvement? Hitachi Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training & Development Analyst to support the growth and development of our workforce through effective training administration, coordination, and project execution.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently, learning records remain accurate, and compliance requirements are consistently met. You will manage and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) activities, coordinate training logistics, and provide valuable reporting and insights that support employee development and operational excellence. Beyond training administration, you will also coordinate a variety of projects, ensuring activities are executed in alignment with company procedures, technical requirements, contractual obligations (where applicable), and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys working across teams, improving processes, and contributing to a culture of learning and continuous growth. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training content, learner records, and certifications remain accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and logistical support.
  • Maintain training records, attendance data, and certification documentation to support compliance requirements.
  • Generate and analyze training reports, metrics, and completion data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of training resources to ensure successful learning experiences.
  • Provide support to employees regarding LMS access, course enrollment, and training requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training administration processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring activities are completed according to company requirements and timelines.

Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintaining training records.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and tracking training compliance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
