As a Senior Consultant/Manager (f/m/d) in the field of Strategy & Culture with a focus on Strategy & Organizational Consulting, you will independently handle tasks on our projects in the financial services industry. You will advise our clients on the development of strategic visions and strategies to unlock their full potential in the increasingly challenging environment. Furthermore, you will shape and accompany the organizational development of our clients in alignment with the developed strategy. In this context, you will take on diverse tasks:

  • You assist our clients with strategic, architectural and organizational issues, developing new business, IT and digitization strategies in an ever-evolving financial landscape.
  • You formulate compelling visions, target images and innovative concepts, including within the context of Target Operating Model and Agile Strategy Lifecycle.
  • Leveraging our architecture-based transformation framework, you guide our clients through complex processes of change.
  • Building and cultivating valuable client relationships as well as enhancing our brand in strategy and culture consulting and supporting project acquisition, are also among your responsibilities.
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
  • Minimum of three years of consulting experience in the areas of strategy, corporate, and/or organizational development.
