The Organizational Development Lead Expert oversees the organizational development initiatives of EDPR NA, working in collaboration with the CoE, Regional P&O Team, and managers across the company to assess organizational issues, develop strategic initiatives, and optimize the implementation of said initiatives.
This position also ensures the consistency and accuracy of the company’s job descriptions and titles and assists with succession planning. The Organizational Development Lead Expert identifies training and development needs of employees and recommends solutions.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or strategic P&O consulting
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and talent strategies in complex, matrixed organizations
