Job SummaryThis position is responsible for providing leadership to moderately complex, strategic Organizational Effectiveness (OE) initiatives and programs for divisions and subdivisions through organizational design interventions; partnering with more senior organizational design resources to deliver on large, complex organizational design initiatives; providing consultative oversight to assigned Organizational Design projects which requires partnering with HRBPs & leaders in small to medium size departments/or multiple departments to drive org design change; contributing to the development, embedment and roll-out of Organizational Design methodologies, tools and templates at an enterprise level; evaluating and diagnosing current states; identifying organizational design needs to enable transformation of strategy, structure and staffing; developing future state approaches and Org Design Options; facilitating implementation; supporting the execution of organizational design plans; providing feedback to measure the effectiveness of results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years consulting experience in organizational design, operating model design, process design, process re-engineering, capability mapping and design, project management, or human resources.
  • Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation
  • Project management skills to organize and guide initiatives to achieve goals in a timely manner
  • Experience working collaborative in a diverse work group
  • Consultative skills and negotiation skills
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Analytical skills including methodologies and development of tools
  • Leadership/management experience

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters degree
  • Organizational design Certification
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
  • Experience of delivering end to end complex org design projects

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
