What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and process lead for a comprehensive Organization Structure Optimization initiative.
  • Design and execute a data-driven approach to identify and eliminate organizational inefficiencies and role duplication across multiple business units.
  • Guide teams through structured diagnostics, supporting the development of actionable restructuring recommendations and leading the implementation of organizational improvements.
  • Build strategic project roadmaps and design systematic organizational assessment processes.
  • Facilitate structured interviews and working sessions with business units to map current operations.
  • Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and co-leads to develop tailored departmental restructuring recommendations.
  • Design, implement, and lead data collection processes across multiple complex organizations.
  • Conduct detailed organizational diagnostics on selected business and clinical support functions.
  • Validate and analyze employee data and current operating models to isolate optimization opportunities.
  • Review and benchmark job descriptions, highlighting opportunities to cleanly differentiate work across various levels and tiers.
  • Collaborate deeply with embedded HR Business Partners and executive leaders to ensure seamless alignment throughout the restructuring process.
  • Prepare executive-level deliverables, metrics reports, and strategic communications materials.
  • Provide robust communications planning and comprehensive change management support.
  • Deliver administrative and governance support to ensure the optimization process remains accountable and on schedule.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
  • HR Experience: Eight plus (8+) years of experience in a similar strategic HR Business Partnering role.
  • Leadership Experience: Five plus (5+) years of experience serving as a Director-level or higher HR Business Partner advising executive leaders.
  • Management: Direct managerial experience is required.
  • Business Partnership: Demonstrated capability to build deep, credible, and influential partnerships with senior leadership by demonstrating a command of business fundamentals.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced analytical skills with a proven ability to collect data using various mechanisms and translate complex datasets into logical organizational recommendations.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skill set, including successfully managing operational initiatives from the initial planning phase through to final execution.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal coaching skills; ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics calmly.
  • Organization: Superior problem-solving and organizational skills, with a proven knack for prioritizing competing work assignments under tight deadlines.
