Position Summary:

The Leader Effectiveness Consultant strengthens leader follow-through at scale by building practical leader enablement infrastructure and driving consistent adoption of action planning and accountability routines. This role helps leaders interpret employee listening results, translate insights into high-quality action plans, and sustain progress through reinforcement, coaching, and clear standards. The Consultant designs tiered enablement support for leaders, monitors adoption and plan quality, and partners with Organizational Intelligence and culture teams so leader actions align to the most important workforce signals and enterprise priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the action planning enablement approach, including standards for plan quality, leader guidance, and support resources.
  • Provide tiered leader enablement, including targeted coaching for priority leaders and scalable self-service tools for broader populations.
  • Facilitate leader working sessions that translate listening results into clear commitments, owners, and follow-through plans.
  • Monitor action plan adoption, quality indicators, and follow-through patterns; recommend improvements and escalation where appropriate.
  • Partner with Organizational Intelligence to convert key insights into leader-ready recommended actions and decision support.
  • Partner with Culture Systems workflows to ensure tracking, reminders, and leader access operate reliably.
  • Build reusable resources (job aids, playbooks, templates) that improve leader capability and reduce dependence on one-off support.
  • Support integration of leader practices into broader change efforts so expectations are reinforced beyond the action planning window.

Qualifications:

Required

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 6 years of experience in leader enablement, OD, coaching, change management, or internal consulting required.
  • Experience designing scalable enablement systems and influencing leader behavior across a large leader population preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a practical orientation and credibility with leaders.
  • Ability to translate data and feedback into clear, usable leader actions and standards.
  • Comfort with accountability mechanisms and quality assurance in a constructive, leader-supportive way.
  • Strong written toolkit development skills and ability to scale support through reusable assets

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.

Time Off & Leave

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment. Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.
  • Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
  • Paid leave programs, including parental, bereavement, jury duty, and military leave.
