Mimosa is seeking an experienced Order Management / Sales Support Specialist to be a part of our worldwide Customer Account Management Team, which is based at the corporate headquarters in Frisco, Texas. The successful candidate will manage various customer accounts, including processing sales orders and related support activities. This role supports a global organization, and this individual will have tasks where time constraints should be considered; work schedules should be flexible.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Act as primary company point-of-contact (i.e., the single voice) to manage all aspects of the relationship and to maintain overall satisfaction for designated customer accounts.
  • Accept purchase orders from customers and coordinate associated changes in manufacturing supply and customer demands, then manage expectations relative to backlog revisions.
  • Interface with operations warehouse management, order fulfillment, and planning teams as well as AR, logistics, sales, customer program managers, contract manufacturers, and others to source information or solve customer issues to maintain overall customer satisfaction.
  • Working with regional sales managers, develop, maintain and provide monthly & quarterly product sales forecasts that form the basis of operations manufacturing build planning.
  • Support and participate in weekly sales meeting by preparing backlog and sales pipeline reports along with order fulfillment status of current and pending orders.
  • Maintaining and updating Sales Force and SAP with the active list of new mimosa orderable products and managing the list of end of life products in these systems.
  • Respond to general requests, advocate customer needs, solve problems and escalate issues.
  • Contribute to the synergy of the Customer Account Management team by assisting and backing-up others, as needed.
  • Work with the Team to improve processes and controls by automating and making them more efficient.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Operations, and the Sales Team for RMA
  • Work with Mimosa finance and accounting to manage and issue customer credit notes where approved for return material.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in an Order Entry / Customer Support or similar position.
  • Must have experience working with ERP systems; SAP order entry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) and ability to confidently communicate to internal and external teams.
  • Candidate will be proficient with PC tools for word processing, E-mail and Excel and understand a typical manufacturing environment.
  • Flexible schedule to support evening meetings when needed in support of operations and its contract manufacturer.
  • Excellent "front line" customer service and problem-solving skills are a necessity.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, manage timelines and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have experience working with a global team and managing multiple time zones.
  • Positively contributes to the success of the Team.
