Job description

Seneca also provides vegetable products to other companies under various co-pack arrangements.
Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
Reponsibilities:
  • Sales Order review and processing.
  • Investigate Sales Order status and provide feedback.
  • Make Sales Order changes as needed/requested.
  • Issue Customer concerns for various issues.
  • Create and maintain customer profiles.
  • Identify Master Data issues as related to Sales Order entry and adivse of issues.
  • Elevate customer issues to Management to assist in resolution.
  • Initiate information requests.
  • Respond to additional customer, broker and sales inquiries.
  • Back-up to teammates when they are out of office.

Qualifications:
  • General office experience with emphasis on order processing or data entry.
  • Must be professional, communicate effectively.
  • Must be a self-starter and team player.
  • Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized.
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP systems, Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) perferred.
