Job description

The Technical Analyst on Lennar's Corporate Systems team is the bridge between legal requirements and the technology that powers home sales across every Lennar division. In this role you will own the full lifecycle of purchase agreements and disclosures: translating Word templates provided by Legal into production-ready Oracle Reports, wiring in the merge fields and conditional logic that make each document deal-specific, and shepherding every change through QA before it reaches closing.

You will work across a stack that spans Oracle Reports Builder, OCI, Salesforce, SQL, and eSignature tooling - collaborating daily with Legal, Sourcing, QA, and engineering teams. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable moving between business requirements and technical implementation, and energized by the idea that your work appears in front of every Lennar homebuyer, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Convert purchase agreement and disclosure templates from Word format into Oracle Reports, replacing legal placeholders with dynamic merge fields, conditional logic, and eSignature anchor strings.
  • Write basic and conditional SQL statements to extract deal-specific customer data from OCI databases and validate output against source documents.
  • Triage and manage incoming document requests through a tracker sheet; download existing reports from the server for updates or scaffold new reports from scratch.
  • Run unit tests against test records in the database, generate PDFs, and iterate with QA until each report passes review before promotion to production.
  • Coordinate new field requests with the OCI team when source data is not yet available in the schema.
  • Provide Level 2 end-user support for issues touching purchase and sale agreements across Salesforce, Oracle Reports Builder, OCI, and ServiceNow.
  • Work across Staging and Production environments including Salesforce, SQL tables, and PHP file browsers.
  • Send division notifications upon production deployment and assignment of completed reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Salesforce, and OCI to gather requirements and align on solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Skills & Competencies

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities; comfortable catching discrepancies between a source document and rendered output.
  • Working knowledge of SQL - ability to write and troubleshoot SELECT statements with joins and conditional logic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple in-flight requests, prioritize effectively, and adapt when priorities shift.
  • Collaborative team player who can establish productive working relationships across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather information, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization (employment or internship considered).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and Jira for version control and issue tracking.
  • Proficiency with AI productivity tools.
  • Experience with Oracle Reports Builder, OCI, or Salesforce is a plus but not required - we will train the right candidate.
  • This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the company due to factors affecting the business.
