About the job you’re considering

The Oracle Technical lead will manage and deliver medium to high complexity Cloud Transformation integration projects. The lead will play a crucial role in designing architecture for scalability, high-availability, performance, flexibility, operational efficiency, security, and maintainability. The ideal candidate will lead translation of the client''s business goals and requirements into system designs, technical configuration and testing of Oracle applications and integrations.

Your role

• Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions

• Review and/or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution

• Good understanding of OIC & PaaS.

• Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirements

• Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities

• Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations

• Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions

• Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk.

• Act as a mentor to Leads and Analysts

• Contribute to Capgemini’s Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc. 

Your skills and experience

• 10-12 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS) & Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS)

• Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud or Multi-Pillar projects

• Should have developed VBCS applications from scratch having multiple screens

• Has experience in designing & solutioning complex OIC integrations including Oracle Adapters, FTP Adapters, Database Adapters, SOAP/REST Adapters

• Has extensive experience in working with OTBI & BIP reports and building them to be used in OIC integrations

• Has knowledge in ATP database and SQL/PLSQL experience

• Experience designing overall Oracle Cloud solutions including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systems

• Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration

• Primary Modules: Integrating with Oracle Cloud SCM and Finance

• Secondary Modules: Integrating with Oracle Cloud HCM

• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments 

• Implementation in global environments or international experience

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
