Job description


Access Governance is seeking a key contributor to join our development organization. This role focuses on supporting critical customers as they onboard to our service, including some of the world's largest enterprises as they transition to the cloud.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, guide implementation, and help build advanced governance solutions that protect enterprise assets. Access Governance enables least-privilege operating models through advanced algorithms and automation, helping organizations manage access securely, efficiently, and at scale.
The candidate will also participate directly in service development activities and collaborate closely with the broader development team. They will bring a customer-centric perspective to product requirements, translating customer feedback and onboarding experiences into actionable input that helps shape the development roadmap and improve the overall service.
Responsibilities
  • Lead diagnosis and resolution of high-impact technical incidents and escalations.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain core infrastructure services, integrations, and automation.
  • Improve system performance, availability, security, observability, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Establish technical standards, document architecture and support procedures, and mentor junior analysts.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed.
  • Knowledge in java and cloud specific technologies

US: Hiring Range in USD from $43.94 to $89.90 per hour; from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
