Role Summary:
  • Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience developing and maintaining HCM Extracts.
  • Proficient in HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data conversion and migration.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reports.
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
