Job description

We're partnering with an organization undergoing a significant HR transformation and are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant to play a key role in the successful delivery of the program. Client Details Our client is a well-established organization investing in a large-scale HR transformation to modernize its people systems and enhance the employee experience. They offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment where consultants have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives alongside HR and technology leaders. Description Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Configure, test, and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Learning, and Reporting. Assist with system validation, data migration, and testing to ensure successful deployment and alignment with business goals. Build reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). Develop user documentation, facilitate training sessions, and provide post-go-live support. Recommend process improvements and identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within HR operations. Profile Demonstrated experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in a functional consulting capacity. Strong understanding of HR business processes, Oracle security, workflow configuration, and reporting. Experience partnering with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party implementation vendors. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Oracle HCM certifications and experience supporting enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives are h desirable. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
