Business Development Manager – Logistics Platform (PEW Logistics)

You should know

Location: 100% on-site in North Dallas (Galleria Towers) and/or Farmers Branch, TX

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive base salary + aggressive performance incentives

Citizenship Requirements: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Why this role matters

This role is built for a platform sales hunter. If you thrive on building pipeline, closing net-new business, and driving adoption of logistics technology solutions, you’ll play a key role in scaling PEW Logistics.

PEW Logistics is a logistics technology platform developed by GrabAGun that enables manufacturers to sell directly to consumers through a fully integrated digital distribution model. The platform connects eCommerce demand, order management, compliance workflows, and fulfillment coordination into a single supply chain solution.

Rather than relying solely on traditional wholesale or distributor channels, manufacturers can leverage PEW Logistics as a technology-enabled supply chain extension, allowing them to expand their reach while simplifying the operational complexity of direct-to-consumer fulfillment.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can sell this logistics platform as a technology solution, helping manufacturers modernize their supply chain and digital distribution capabilities.

What you’ll do

  • Drive adoption of the PEW Logistics platform by prospecting and closing new manufacturing partners who can benefit from a technology-enabled direct-to-consumer supply chain model.

  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline, targeting manufacturers that are ready to expand their digital distribution and modernize fulfillment operations.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on supply chain optimization, logistics efficiency, and digital sales channel expansion.

  • Position PEW Logistics as a logistics technology solution, highlighting capabilities such as order management integration, fulfillment coordination, compliance workflows, and marketplace exposure.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution while partnering with internal operations, logistics, and onboarding teams to ensure successful partner launches.

What you bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales within logistics technology, supply chain SaaS, marketplace platforms, or fulfillment solutions

  • Experience building pipeline and closing net-new business in complex operational or technology sales environments

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into technology solutions

  • Comfortable selling to operations leaders, supply chain leaders, and executive decision-makers at manufacturing companies

  • Self-driven mindset with a hunter mentality and strong performance orientation

Bonus if you have

  • Experience selling logistics platforms, supply chain SaaS, order management systems (OMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or fulfillment technology

  • Familiarity with drop-ship networks, distributed fulfillment models, or marketplace logistics ecosystems

  • Experience selling into manufacturers, brands, or product companies

  • Background in eCommerce logistics, 3PL solutions, or supply chain technology platforms

What success looks like

  • Consistently adding new manufacturers to the PEW Logistics platform

  • Expanding GrabAGun’s technology-enabled supply chain network

  • Driving platform adoption among manufacturers seeking modern direct-to-consumer logistics solutions

  • Delivering measurable revenue growth through newly onboarded platform partners
